My style is Vinyasa Flow. My teaching style is influenced by Ashtanga and Iyengar in a way that creates a class that is vigorous and fun, yet challenging. I focus on body alignment, deeper body awareness and grounding. The combination of movement and breath helps to create grace and fluidity in the practice.
