Private Sessions

If you've got an injury that requires special attention, want to focus on building certain poses or if none of my class times fit your schedule, let's do a private!  Your private session can be held in your home, at the Table2Mat studio, or at Sol Yoga in Downtown Frederick.
Stars at $45 for 30 minutes and $75 for 1 hour.

Group Yoga

Yoga is a fun addition to girls weekends, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team bonding experiences, and much more! If you're interested in scheduling a yoga class for a group reach out here .

Sol Yoga

You can find my weekly classes at Sol yoga on their website.  I currently teach:

 

Sunday 8am - Hot Flow

Sunday 9:30am - Yoga

Wednesday 930am - Flow 

Wednesday 11am - Aerial Yoga
